We believe in the effectiveness of learning in a relaxed environment. You might have already learned German the traditional way with a textbook, this club will help you establish your German speaking skills!

What are the current themes of the German Language Club?

Art & Literature, Travel, Food, Film, History,  Cultural, and News! We welcome other themes too, they are mostly based on the interest of the groups. We are going with the flow and we are making sure that there will be something for anyone. 

  • How do I sign up?
    Please fill out the enquiry form and we will be in touch with you!
  • How does the online session work?
    All online sessions are held via Zoom. After you signed up you, you will get an uniquie email invitation to your zoom session.
  • Can I join a taster session?
    Yes of course, join a taster session in person or online for £10.
  • What can I expect from the sessions?
    The main aim is to practice your language understanding (hearing) and speaking! You will also be able to practice your writing at home. Therefor we give little homework to prepare for the next session.
  • What happens if I miss a class?
    You can sign up for sessions as you go, if you can't make it to a session but give us notice (24h before your session), your session can be rearranged.
  • How do I pay?
    Payments can be made upfront via bank transfer or for in person sessions paid in cash/card after the session.
